So if you haven't noticed up by Dogma's place that Shamrock Pub looks like it's done. Kirst and I are interested in heading up there. Of course it's a pub, so if you don't mind the smell of alcohol feel free to go I guess. If you also get the chance, check out the Harvest Moon Brewry and Cafe in New Brunswick. The food is a little bit on the pricey side, but it's one of the let's go out and have a good time places. I wouldn't recommend going every week or anything, but for kicks it's definitely a place to go for the hell of it.
If you're into Sushi, my favorite place is U-Yee in Woodbridge. It's 1/2 price sushi Mon - Thurs. The place is usually jam packed full of asian. What can I say, we Asians know good sushi when we taste it. Although it's got nothing on the sushi in Japan I'm told. I haven't travelled out there, so I have yet to taste it unfortunately. Another Sushi place is Ichi Umi. I'd say if you have a small stomach like I do for sushi. Then don't bother. It's pretty pricey. $25 for lunch and $35 for dinner if I remember right. [Feel Free to correct me] But for me, it really wasn't worth throwing in that much money.
Some places I haven't been that I'm thinking about going are Outback Steakhouse and Famous Dave's. I've been told both are pretty good, but on the pricey side. Unfortunately I am a bit on the destitute side right now. Hopefully I'll be able to pull out the money when the time comes. Next month I'll be racking up the money, so here's to hoping!
I'll keep posting up places that I haven't gone and when I go next time, I'll post up some reviews of the places I ate at.
P.S. Penang is on the eagerly waiting to go to list.
